In Chapter 3 I shared what happened when Kevin and I had to go to his lawyer with a mediator. Although my Beloved Lord stopped me from getting my own lawyer, we still had to go to his lawyer to get the original divorce settlement changed. Sitting there was not a pleasant experience, but one thing that I will always remember is when the lawyer turned to me and asked me if I can't get a rich husband to look after me, because according to her, that would have solved all my problems. I remember not even being able to answer because I was so shocked that she even asked me something like that. But in my heart, I knew I already had the richest Husband, my Beloved Lord, who is my Provider.
